Who We Area

The impetus. We're designers who got tired of watching good clients get fleeced at the hands of big agencies. We got tired of cubicles and dress shirts. We wanted to form relationships with our customers beyond projects and paperwork. We wanted our customers to be able to partner with us, to know us, and not just know as a voice on the other end of a phone. So we broke out and set forth on our mission of great design and goodwill for all!

The goals. In the process of developing and maintaining close relationships with each of our customers and, of course, delivering top-quality work, we figure we might just grow a little bit in the process, too. And you know what growing people need—they need sustenance. That’s our excuse for treating our customers to the occasional beer after work. Email "Grab a Beer” requests here!

The sentiment. It’s a tired old phrase: "Your success is our success." But it works for us. Good design sticks and it sells. That makes you happy, which in turn, makes us happy, and hopefully results in more business coming our way. We can’t think of a more valuable marketing tool than satisfied customers who tell others about their success with Mudbrick. We get a warm+fuzzy feeling just thinking about it.

The team. Our designers hail from very different ends of the spectrum, from corporate America to mom-and-pop shops. Ultimately, we’re here because we love to create; we pinch ourselves every day when we realize that we get paid to do what we love. We work hard and play hard. Our customers range from NASCAR to a family-run funeral home. It’s this diversity and our passion for design that helps us stick out.

The vibe. We work in jeans and t-shirts. We take time to wax poetic. We play loud music when necessary. Sometimes we forget where we are and we sing out loud, too. No one seems to mind. We try to spend as much time learning as we do creating. Stirring up the brain cells seems to push us further toward unique and viable creative solutions.
